The "Phone Check" allows you to be able to phone your branch and find out if you have had any letters or parcels delivered. This saves you a wasted trip if nothing is in your box.
Note: For the "Phone Check" feature, you will need to give your box number and we are unable to open or describe the contents of any mail.

WHAT YOU NEED TO START A BOX
It is very simple and quick. All you need to open a box is TWO utility style items such as telephone bill,bank statement etc. These are to confirm your residential address and must be dated within the last SIX weeks. Secondly, you need to give us a sample signature item from either a passport,driving license,bank card or credit card. This is all needed to establish your identity and it is not passed on or used for any other reason.
Before starting the mailbox, you will be asked to sign the following agreement. This agreement protects both parties and is specifically desined to confirm that the mailbox WILL NOT be used for any form of illegal use.
