Settling your agreement early
You can, if you wish, pay off everything you owe the lender in full at any time by asking for a settlement quotation. This will tell you the amount that you will have to pay the lender. The lender will work this out by applying a formula set out in the Consumer Credit Act. The amount of interest you pay will be less than you would have paid if the loan had run its full course. In the first few months of your loan, the amount that you will pay will include more interest than later in the agreement.
